The Zdzira Command System works on three different levels split between three groups of command.
Each level has one command leader (CO) and one 2nd in command (XO). Their individual responsibilities are to ensure the command group is fulfilling its designated tasks.

Zdzira Leaders
The Zdzira leaders have absolute power over the clan.
The roles of the Zdzira leaders is to ensure both command groups are activly completing their assignments and ensuring the clan is running correctly.
The Zdzira Leaders consist of two individuals, the Zdzira Clan Leader and the Zdzira XO.
The Zdzira leaders have the highest possible administration control of the forums.

Zdzira High Command (HC)
The High Command is the highest of all command groups. It is lead by the clan XO and overseen by the clan leader.
The roles on the High Command is to ensure the clan is running smoothly and correctly to the rules set out by the clan leader. The High Command must also create, advertise and lead Official Zdzira events.
All High Command members have administration powers on the Zdzira Forums, IRC and Zdzira Teamspeak.
All high Command members will be a leader of one of the designated Zdzira teams.
Each High Command member has the ability to distribute a total of 10 promotion points per week to any member/s of their choosing.

Zdzira Low Command (LC)
The Low Command is the 2nd highest command group in Zdzira. It is lead by an appointed individual chosen by a majority vote of the High Command members. The individual chosen must not be a current High Command member. The Low Command is overseen by the High Command.
The roles of the Low Command is to assist the High Command to ensure the clan is running smoothly and correctly to the roles ser out by the clan leader.
The Zdzira Low Command is also incharge of clan relations. They are required to communicate with other clans to organize alliances and wars. They must also activly search for new clans to entablish relations.
Each Low Command member will have high moderator access on the Zdzira Forums, along with half-op access to the Zdzira IRC and Channel Admin to the Zdzira Teamspeak.


Zdzira Events
All events are to be created by a High Command member.
The event is to be lead by the highest command member in the clan. If a clan leader is not present, it will be lead by a member of the high command, if a member of high command is not present it will be lead by the highest ranking member of the low command.

Zdzira Teams
All Zdzira teams are to be lead by High Command members. The Team XO's are to be chosen by the team leaders, they do not gain any extra forum priviladges however do gain the respect from team members.
The team XO's role is to assist the team leader and to take over from the team leader in their adsence.
The team XO can be and is prefured to be a Low Command member.

High Command Assistants (HCa)
All High Command members are allowed to employ an assistant to help them in their roles. The assistant is not allowed to be a current member of Low Council or High Council.
Assistants do not recieve any extra forum priviladges however do gain the respect from other member.
Assistants can be paid promotion points by their High Command employee however the pay will be apart of the 10 promotion points available to each High Command member.

Command Meetings
If a command meeting is called by either one of the clan leaders or by a majority vote from the High Command the following will be required to attend:
- Clan Leaders
- High Command Members
- Low Command Members
- Team XO's
- High Command Assistants

Some of the above groups may be asked to leave the meeting at certain points depending on the nature of the meeting.

All meeting will be chaired by either the clan leader or the clan XO. If neither can attend it will be chaired by a designated High Command member.
Notes are to be taken by a designated High Command Assistant.
All recorded notes by the High Command Assistant are to be published within the internal Zdzira forums.
These notes may be edited by a clan leader or by a High Command member depending on the nature of topics discussed within the meeting.
