Zdzira has a very unique and affective way of granting promotions to its members. Years of trial and error has shown that it is easier to give each individual member small goals and when they achive each small goal they bring themselves closer to a promotion.
The Zdzira promotion point system is the only way in Zdzira to gain promotions. Promotions are important in Zdzira as it shows your experiance, dedication, trustworthy and activness within the clan. The higher your rank, the more respected you are by clan member, high command and the clan leader.
Gaining ranks is alot easier then it may seem and can come around very quickly if you show your willing to participate in the clan.
Below is a list of how you can gain promotion points and the rules that follow them.
How to gain promotion points |
1. Event Activity
Event activity is the easiest way to gain promotion points. Zdzira hold an average of 3 events a week, each type of event comes with a certain amount of promotion points. Generally between 3 - 5 points per event. All you need to do to earn these points is to attend the clan event and take part. Our events lasrt between 30 minutes - 2 hours depending on the type and can also give you a good social experiance with the other clan members.
2. Weekly Team Promotions
When your applicated in Zdzira is successful you are placed into a team. Your team will be run by 2 leaders (CO's). These leaders each week will giveaway a number of promotion points. To earn these promotion points you must have an average post-per-day (PPD) count of 3 or above unless a good reason is stated and you must also have posted a report in your team report forums within the past 7 days. The team leaders between them can award up too 20 promotion points a week. They may sometimes not give away as many as the activity rules have not been met, however they can not give away more then 20 points in 1 week.
3. Department Promotions
The Zdzira departments are vital divisions within the clan. All members are reccomended to join a Zdzira department upon completing the trial member rank. The leaders of each department will post assignments each week for the members of that department to complete. If the assignment is completed the department leader can grant 5 promotion points to each Zdzira member. Each assignment will take between 20 minutes - 1 hour 30 mins to complete depending on the department and the assignment. Departments can be very easy and quick ways to gain promotion points while helping the clan. Zdzira currently have 3 departments, ZEH (Zdzira Event Handling), ZCR (Zdzira Clan Relations) and ZSM (Zdzira Structure Management).
4. Clan Leader Promotions
The Zdzira clan leader (Clan CO) and clan 2nd in command (XO) can grant up to 20 promotion points each to the persons of their choice. These can be awarded for such things from exceptional activity to helping in a special assignment. The clan leaders can only grant a maximum of 5 points per person.
5. Compertitions
The Zdzira High Command from time to time will hold clan-wide compertitions. These may range from posting compertitions, team wars, xp compertitions, special event awards and many more. A range of points can be awarded and these points can range from 5 points - 50 points per person if they win the compertition!

With the above information, you could
recieve up to 30 promotion points per week plus compertitions. If you are active within Zdzira you can reach the highest rank in Zdzira within 34 weeks or 9 months.
Many clan members have been in Zdzira for over a year, some for nearly 2 years. These still have not recieved the highest possible rank but it is very easy to achive and maybe you could be the first to achieve this?
If you decide to not aim for promotions you will not gain the trust by the clan leaders and clan High Command. You will not be respected as much from the higher ranking members and you will not one day run your own department or team.
Promotions are vital in the Zdzira clanning enviroment. They are easy to earn and quick to gain with activity and loyalty, however they are also easy to forget, make sure you dont forget to get the promotion points you deserve.
