Zdzira Rules and Regulations.
Zdzira join requirements
To join Zdzira you must have the combat level of 70 or above. You must also be active in the Zdzira forums and in official Zdzira events. You have to respect Zdzira members as well as outside parties.
How to join Zdzira
To join Zdzira you must first agree to all of the Zdzira rules stated. If you meet the join requirements you can therefore proceed with your application. The application process is quick and very simple to do. You need to first register on the Zdzira forums, once you have done this you need to read all the announcements in the “Join Zdzira” forum. From here you will have more of an idea on what you need to do to become a successful applicant. Once you have viewed and read all of these announcements, you can then create a new topic supplying the information stated in the announcements.
Starting off in Zdzira
When your join request has been granted you will have 'Trial Member' access to internal forums. We ask that you reach 60 posts before you are considered a full member and your rank is upgraded. The reason for needing new members to get 60 posts is so we know you will be active in our community.
The Zdzira Goals
The reason why Zdzira exists is so the gamers of Runescape have a common goal with others. We arrange Pking trips within the clan and also other events. We have a clan bank so members can donate to the clan or withdraw from the clan bank if the items are in stock. Zdzira try to make Runescape easier for its players to play. We provide helpful information and order to the chaos of the game. Zdzira will hold drop parties on random events which will help increase the wealth of each player in the clan. We also hold training exercises where clan members can train with others and help each other in achieving there individual goals.
Zdzira Rules
All of these rules have to be abided by all Zdzira members. Failure to comply may result in instant removal from the clan.
1. No member is permitted to double clan. This means that if you are currently in a clan, you are not allowed to join Zdzira. If you are in Zdzira and decide to join another clan, you must leave Zdzira.
2. No Zdzira member is to use any hacking/macroing program
3. Foul language in strictly forbidden within Zdzira. A lot of foul words are censored with censors. However if you use a large amount of foul words and often have words censored, you will be classed as abusing the system. You also must not use symbols, different letters, spaces or other methods to work around the censored words. Not all foul words are censored, so you must be careful on what words you type.
4. No pornographic, sexual, racial, discriminative or such other images or text are permitted to be posted within the Zdzira forums.
5. You must respect higher ranking members on and off the forums. To do this you must call your superiors Sir or Ma'am.
6. You must respect lower ranking members on and off the forums, you are not permitted to call them Sir or Ma'am however it is preferred.
7. We do not allow spam in the Zdzira forums. Spam consists of:
A. Posting pointless posts.
B. Posting posts that have no meaning.
C. Posting posts that do not correspond with the topic is it posted in.
D. Posting a short message when it is not required or needed.
E. Starting a new topic that is pointless.
F. Posting in a topic that has not been posted in for 7 days.
Inactivity
If a Zdzira member is found to be inactive without posting leave in the Leave/Resignations forum, they will have there rank stripped and have to start again as a Trail Member. We do not do this very often, however if a clan member has not been active in the forums or in game for at least 2 weeks without any good reason then they may loose there privileges within the clan.
Leaving Zdzira
If you decide to leave Zdzira that's fine. Simply post a resignation in the "leave and resignation forum" and we will be happy to let you go... However please leave nicely and respectable and do not flame and cuss us. If you decide to leave and you have left nicely you have 12 hours to change your mind and come back and keep your rank etc. Please note that the clan leader or any member of the High Command can use their decision to ignore this timescale and not allow the member to return, however this timescale can not be ignored to allow the member longer time. If you leave and want to come back after 12 hours then you must rejoin in the "Join Zdzira" forum and your post count will be rest and you will start at Trial Member.
Zdzira Leader
The Zdzira leader has overall power within the clan. He can ban, demote and promote who he wishes. The job is the clan leader is to make sure the clan is running smoothly and how he wishes it to run; therefore he may do what ever is in his power to make this happen.
High Command
High Command is the people who run the clan. It is there job to make sure everything is running smoothly and in accordance to the rules set down by the clan leader. The High Command has the power to remove members from activity and ban members for a period of time. The High Command members can also demote/promote members of Zdzira if instructed to by the clan leader. The High Command also deals with allies and accepts/declines various alliance offers.
Squads
Zdzira consists of a number of squads. These are a small group of members who work together in accordance with the Zdzira rules. Every member will be placed into a squad once completing the requirements to pass the trial member rank. Each squad will consist of a squad leader and a squad XO (2 nd in command). It is the leader's job to make sure his/her squad is running smoothly and in accordance to the Zdzira way. The squad XO has the task of shadowing the squad leader and being prepared to take over there job if needs be and to run the squad. The squad XO will also help the squad leader in the daily running of there squad.
Ranks
Zdzira have a ranking system to help separate and reward the active and loyal members within the community. All ranks are similar to the military ranking system. Because of this, the entire clan is based on military standards.
Promotions
Clan member promotions are done by squad leaders. Squad leaders can promote members from the rank of Private through to the rank of Sergeant Major. From that rank the promotions will be done by high command members. No member can be promoted more then twice a month and must comply with the promotion rules to be able to earn a promotion. These rules are:
- You must have a post per day average count of at least 3.
- You must be active in Zdzira events.
- You must not be on any kind of official warning by your squad leader or a high command member.
- You need to post a report at least once a week in the reports forum found in your squad forum explaining what you have been up too in Zdzira and in Runescape over the past week.
Although you need to achieve all of the above to be eligible for a promotion, it does not mean you will get one if you do all of the above. Squad leaders are restricted to a maximum of 3 promotions each week. This means they can not promote more then 3 people each week and can only promote each member by 1 rank. Squad leaders or Squad XO's can not promote themselves, this is done by the High Command (unless the squad leader is a member of High Command, which then it is done by the clan leader). All High Command promotions are to be done by the leader of Zdzira and no one else. Promotions to the High Command are very rare and take alot of effort, activity and dedication to be considdered for a promotion. If a squad leader leaves Zdzira for any reason, The XO will take charge untill a suitable replacement is found, however promotions will be done by the High Command unless an indevidual is appointed by a member of High Command.
Reporting Abuse
Abuse which is within the forums, in game or in other chat programs must be reported immediately to a member of the High Command. Were they can deal with the problem in accordance to the rules with the assistance of the clan leader. Rule breaking is our top priority as if we did not have rules; it could tear the clan apart, so we take rule breaking very seriously and act accordingly.
Advertising
We encourage our members to advertise Zdzira in every way possible. If you have spare time, please use it to advertise the clan to help make it more active and help the members list grow to an astronomical figure. All adverts that are posted in Runescape related forums give us more change of recruitment. If you advertise Zdzira, please post a link to the advert in the Zdzira forums, if you are shown to be dedicated to the cause of Zdzira and are helping the clan to grow, your rank in the clan will grow with it.
Terms of Regulations
These rules and regulations are subject to change without notice. The only people who have permission to change these rules are a majority vote from the High Command or the clan leader.
